What is your fondest childhood memory
We used to steal donkeys and ride them around – when the old people came around we left the donkeys in the field and ran away.
My first day I went to work in the mines in the Free State.
Accomplishments you achieved (Anything you are proud of achieving)
I was very young when I started working in the mines, but while working there I managed to finish Matric after hours.
How and where did your accident happen
While I was on duty as a Policeman in Gugulethu, I was shot during a robbery at a petrol station.

Highlight of your day
If my wheelchair is in working condition and if my daughter is happy and all right.
What is your typical daily routine
Getting up, take all my medication, going out to Sable Square, China Town en Centre Point and meeting my friends.

Going to church and reading the Bible
